Depending on how you use ClearPlot, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name and email address when you join the waitlist, create an account or contact us.
• Purchase and transaction data — records of Reports you request or buy. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Search inputs — the addresses, parcels and scheme details you enter to generate a Report.
• Technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us.

3.How and why we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• operate the waitlist and tell you when ClearPlot launches (— lawful basis: consent);
• provide the Service, produce and deliver Reports, and take payment (lawful basis: performance of a contract);
• respond to your enquiries and provide support (lawful basis: legitimate interests);
• maintain, secure and improve the Service and understand how it is used (lawful basis: legitimate interests); and
